For almost two centuries, Molino Dallagiovanna has been a symbol of Italian excellence in the world of flour.

Founded in 1832 and now led by the fifth and sixth generations of the Dallagiovanna family, our mill is located in Gragnano Trebbiense, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna.

Here, tradition and technology work side by side. We carefully select the finest soft wheat varieties, wash them with pure water and mill them slowly at low temperatures to preserve their nutritional and sensory qualities.

Every stage of the process respects both the natural characteristics of the grain and the craftsmanship of the professionals who use our products.

After four successful editions in Italy & one in Spain, with more than 2,000 pizza chefs taking part, the competition has become one of the most respected platforms for professional growth and industry recognition.
