The professional who claims this title will become the the First Dallagiovanna Pizza Ambassador in the UK and internationally. He/She will represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings.

Registrations closed on 24th July.
By 31st July, our internal panel will select the 27 pizza chefs (plus runners-up) who will advance to Phase 2 – Regional Stage.

The 27 professionals selected in Phase 1 will be required to personally craft a classic round pizza during one of the 3 stages held in the following locations: London, York, and Brighton. Each pizza will be evaluated by a technical panel and specialized press. Only 3 pizza chefs from each stage will qualify for Phase 3 – The Final Battle.
During the PIZZA SHOW LONDON exhibition in November 2026, the 9 finalists will have 20 minutes to prepare their Pizza Margherita and present it to the judges. Only the best will be crowned the Dallagiovanna Pizza Ambassador UK.
