The great master of Italian pastry, Iginio Massari, is preparing to land in London for a masterclass scheduled for 12th May 2025, entirely dedicated to the creation of Panettone, the quintessential Christmas dessert and a symbol of Italian craftsmanship and know-how.

The event, organized by Molino Dallagiovanna, the Piacenza-based milling company with which Master Massari has collaborated for years, aims to promote the culture of Panettone and highlight the product of Italian tradition and excellence in the heart of England.

British pastry chefs and bakers have the unique opportunity to learn directly from the skilled hands of Master Massari the techniques and secrets behind the creation of three different variations:

  • Traditional Panettone

  • Chocolate Panettone
     

The London event is organized in collaboration with Agrimontana.

The English event is the first stop of the 2025 Meet Massari R-evolution tour, promoted by Molino Dallagiovanna with the great Italian pastry master, now in its eighth edition.
