In the spotlight, not only our Special Flours, which you all know so well by now, but also the new gluten free line, with a brand new debut at the fair: the new mixture for fried sweets. Everyday includes an interesting tastings and demonstration schedule with our Maestros of Taste: Achille Zoia, Walter Zanoni, Gianluca Guagneli and Giancarlo De Rosa.

We are expecting you from February 19 – 23 at the Rimini Fair, Pavilion B5, Stand 70 / 111.

We will then be participating in Art & Pastry - Lugano on March 2nd and 3rd, 2013 and in Tirreno C.T. - Carrara from March 3 – 7, 2013.
