Triplozero debuts at Sapore

The presence of Molino Dallagiovanna at the Sapore Fair in Rimini from February 25 – 28 is on schedule, where it will sponsor the Cooking Pasta event: the largest exhibition and demonstration in Italy dedicated to Pasta as part of the one of a kind event “Fuori Casa” SAPORE TASTING EXPERIENCE.

Various pastry shops will have the possibility to offer tastings of their most excellent products to the HO.RE.CA. professionals from Italy and abroad. In the spotlight, our Triplozero Special Flour from the FAR PASTA line, a super white, elastic flour ideal for fresh pasta, especially stuffed pastas, maintains optimum hydration during processing and simultaneously ensures rapid and firm cooking.

In addition to Triplozero, the FAR PASTA line also offers Granito, perfect for gnocchi and as an addition to other flours for machine processing, and obviously our new entry, Triplozero GOLD, the latest evolution of Triplozero, also excellent for preparing fresh pasta. Finally, the line is completed with the two Semolina flours, extra and re-milled, for dried pasta and as an addition to flours for preparing fresh pastas.
