Special Flours, Roman Epiphany
2012 opened under the aegis of training with Dallagiovanna Special Flours.
First appointment in Rome, just after the Epiphany: a course presented by one of the Molino sponsors: Maestro Giancarlo De Rosa, supreme bread maker, who presented the topic of bread making for restaurants to a group of sector professionals, in one day of the two day event sponsored by CNA in the capital city.
The framework for the course was a classroom generously offered for use by “La Città dei ragazzi”, a foundation that among other things teaches young people of all nationalities a job skill, giving them better possibilities for the future.
In addition to the course participants, Mr. Santini was also present in the classroom, the CAN Director, and Mr. Bartocci, one of the leaders in the bread making sector in Rome.
Maestro De Rosa was also the creator of exquisite tastings prepared using the new Special Flour FAR FOCACCIA, which debuted at Sigep 2012.
