Rotating grinders at Sigep 2009
Great success for the thirtieth edition of Sigep, which has seen nearly 750 firms exhibit their own products. Amongst all expositions the Dallagiovanna Mill’s stand merits a special mention here. It will be remembered for its large suspended grinders that gave an innovative touch to the fair and for the aroma of freshly-baked croissants.
An event for the launch of the new flour "SOFT", specific for croissants and Danish pastries, distinguished by its ability to give softness, chewability and palatability. Together with this flour we have blend "Z", purpose created for all leavening products, which will be presented by Master Confectioner Achille Zoia in a course aimed at leavened products.
