The demontration of the Master of Pasta Raimondo Mendolia at the stand Molino Dallagiovanna in occasion of SIGEP 2010.

For the occasion of SIGEP 2010, which will be inaugurated in Rimini on January 23, Maestro Pasta Chef Raimondo Mendolia will be participating at the stand of Molino Dallagiovanna (pavilion B5 – stand 107) with a series of demonstrations related to the correct use of the Far pasta line of flours with a series of new production techniques.
