Pierluigi and Achille, Masters in art and taste

It will be another year of collaboration between Master Achille Zoia and the Molino Dallagiovanna.

The renowned Master Confectioner will be the 2010 testimonial - along with Pierluigi Dallagiovanna - for the FAR DOLCI line and he will carry on his cooperation with the two Mill's laboratories.

On the one hand, he will work with research and analysis laboratories, pivotal in the testing the wheats to select and blend; on the other he will be the histrionic protagonist in the courses and thematic master-classes of the White Art Laboratories, dedicated to the craft and quality of the confectionary productivity industry.
