Pasticceria Internazionale - Little flour grow up

Three maestros, one theme, five days of demonstrations and tastings: these are the numbers of Molino Dallagiovanna at Sigep.

The stand will include two representatives, Achille Zoia and Raimondo Mendolia, who will work with the special flours from the Far Dolci and Far Pasta lines, while Giancarlo De Rosa will work with the flours from the Far Pizza and Far Pane lines.
