Pasticceria Gatti: Golosario Award with the dolcissime Dallagiovanna

The Special Flour for large leavened items is the star of another dessert success story

The Pasticceria Gatti di Tabiano – in the hills of Parma – has always been a required stop for those who appreciate quality sweets.  This is the birthplace of memorable desserts, like Focaccia or Panettone with olive oil, so good that they were awarded the Golosario Award for the best Italian business in their category.

This initiative, promoted by Paolo Massobrio, the esteemed enological-gastronomic journalist and author of the guide Il Glosario, which has just reached its twelfth edition, was participated in by companies distinguished for the quality of their products, their respect for the production chain, careful focus on biodiversity and the use of special raw materials.

Among these, le dolcissime Dallagiovanna:  elastic but resistant, with excellent protein balance, these mixtures are the product of collaboration by Maestro Pastry Chef Achille Zoia. Especially designed for combining traditional flavors, wonderful fragrance and better conservation, these mixtures are suitable for traditional recipes as well as contemporary production techniques.

The award ceremony will take place on November 7th in Milan, on the occasion of Golosaria 2010, the renowned event celebrating culture and flavors organized by the Club Papillon.
