PASTA TREND 2011, between the "Via Aurelia" and a new Special Flour

After the successful 2011 edition of Sigep in Rimini, where Molino Dallagiovanna presented the brand new Special Flour, Kebabread, we are now presenting another new flour mixture – this time in the FAR PASTA line – destined to enjoy the same success at Pasta Trend in Bologna.

The new flour – called La Triplozero GOLD – a perfect evolution of the revolutionary La Triplozero, it has the same careful milling process in respect of the organoleptic qualities and gluten values, in addition to ample versatility of use, both in artisan applications and modern technologies, in terms of conservation and dough quality.  

Ready to be put to the test, which will take place at Pasta Trend in Bologna, from April 2 - 5, in a flavorful schedule of demonstrations held by Maestro Pasta Chef Raimondo Mendolia, the Dallagiovanna spokesperson and “extreme” creative creator of pastas and sauces. During the Fair, Maestro Mendolia will propose eight new tastings (two a day), under the theme of the "Via Aurelia", where the flours will be used to create several territorial dishes in new flavor combinations.
