Molino Dallagiovanna at SIGEP (17-21 Jan / Rimini)
This exhibition, now in its 30th year, has been confirmed as the most important worldwide for the handmade ice cream sector and as the main European show for hand made confectionary, while also consolidating its position in the handmade bread sector.
The show will include all the innovations in raw materials and ingredient mixtures, plants and equipment, furnishings and services for ice cream parlours, pastry shops and handmade bread manufacture. There will be themed sections, international examinations and championships, demonstrations, courses and update seminars, and exhibitions all combining to make it a unique event.
