Big news from Molino Dallagiovanna at Cibus 2012: a new line of gluten-free mixtures, especially designed for all types of production: Bread & pizza, fresh pasta, short crust and cakes. 

Pasta Chef Maestro Raimondo Mendolia will be sampling the new Dallagiovanna gluten-free mixtures for fresh pastas in a full schedule of tastings, with the collaboration of Maestro Gianluca Guagneli, who will be preparing sweet and savory piadine using the revolutionary kebabread.
