Re Panettone - 28th and 29th November 2009

After last year's successful edition, Re Panettone, the most important fair devoted to the typical Milanese dessert, will be re-launched the next 28th and 29th November thanks to the organisation od Stanislao Porzio and his agency Amphibia; as in previous years, the contribution given by the sponsors, amongst whom Dallagiovanna Mill, who will, on top of everything else,  provide its own blends to some of the confectioners, is once again considerable.

"Panettone is Milan's dessert. Everyone know it, but not everyone knows how tasty it can be. For this reason every November Panettone's city dedicates a fair to it,the highlight of which is the free tasting of the hand-crafted Panettoni made by some of Milan's, Lombardy's and Italy's best confectioners. And it does not stop there - for King Panettone: the fair is enhanced every year, allowing Panettone to evolve continually." – 

The event, open to the public and without entry charge, will have as centre-stage thirty exhibitors, which include celebrity names of the Italian confectionary elite, like Massari, Rinella, Pepe, De Riso, Comi and Zoia. And it is Zoia, following the great success of his lessons held last September in the Dallagiovanna Mill’s Laboratory of White Art,  who will also hold a course in Livorno, at the Falleni & C. firm, where he will explain the importance of yeast and some of the types of preparations including Panettone, prepared with Dallagiovanna’s "Z" flour.
