In Brescia just like in Puglia, with the Special Flours by Dallagiovanna

Stars of the day at CAST Alimenti, organized by the Richemont Club Italia, focusing on the gastronomic specialties of the region

The Dallagiovanna Special Flours sponsored the event held on October 17 at CAST Alimenti – Brescia, organized by the Richemont Club Italia. The theme, Puglia: several maestros belonging to the Club – Antonio De Tommaso, Giovanni Curcio, Domenico Miglietta and Adriano Cesari – created diverse typical regional products, with rich gastronomic qualities: Cazzatedda, Lecce pie, Mustaccioli cocoa cookies and Pizzi cookies from Lecce. Rustic, classic oil-based Tarallucci cookies also made their appearance, an authentic local specialty.

The club members from the North participated in all of the processing phases, and were especially interested in the use of local flours. The event was concluded with a luncheon based on specialties from Puglia: from orecchiette with turnip greens to birrata, and many other delicacies.
