Easter raisin biscuits
Ingredients
- 360 gr of wheat flour type “OO” Tender W 130;
- 20 gr of powdered yeast;
- 120 gr of butter;
- 400 gr of sugar;
- 1 egg (whole);
- 40 gr of raisins;
- a pinch of salt.

Instructions
Start by blending the softened butter with the sugar until it has a cream-like consistency. Add the other ingredients a part from the raisins, until it becomes a homogeneous dough. Add the raisins which you will have previously soaked in lukewarm water. Roll out the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour, so it reaches a 5mm thickness and cut out the biscuits aiming them to be 8cm in diameter. Place the biscuits on a tray, if possible on grease-proof paper.
Cook at 180° for 10-15 minutes.
