Master Confectioner Achille Zoia and Pasta Master Raimondo Mendolia invite you to a delicious date with The Art of Taste of Dallagiovanna’s Special Flours.

The Mill’s stands will host its own two 2010 testimonials in a flour tasting for confectionary and pasta, two new lines personally tested by the Masters and born of the collaboration between the art of intuition and creation, the craft-work of knowing hands and a great passion for quality.
