A dinner to celebrate the stars of Piacenza wine and cuisine

Tradition and innovation were happily combined on July 1st at the Colombara Hotel in Pigazzano (Travo). The chef Raimondo Mendolia, together with the hotel staff, prepared delicacies for over 200 guests, most of them young business people, with a menu created from local products and Piacenza recipes, including tortelli con la coda in Gutturnio barrique with cream of ricotta and Piacenza Coppa Dop.
