Reaching it XXXII edition, the event is the most important in the world in the handcrafted ice cream sector, and is the primary European showcase for hand crafted desserts, also with a consolidated position in the hand crafted bread making sector.
The event will include all of the latest news, including raw materials and compound ingredients, equipment, accessories and services for hand crafted ice cream, pastries and breads.
