Re Panettone – November 27 – 28, 2010

Maestro Achille Zoia, denominated by Slow Food as “the father of modern panettone”, together with Pier Luigi Dallagiovanna – Director of Production at the Molino – gave a presentation themed: “Panettone: questions and answers from legend to truth”, this year in the splendid backdrop of the Franco Parenti Theater in Milan.

The news this year is that the excellent panettone cakes on exhibit will finally be combined with their favorite counterpart, dessert wine. And not just any dessert wine: Malvasia Doc from Colli Piacentini, an aromatic grape which reaches its maximum expression in that region.

This is possible thanks to the sponsor, the Consortium of Doc Wines of Colli Piacentini. The wines will be provided for free tastings at the event (with purchase of a glass for 3€, of which 1€ will go to charity). The wines will also be the object of a tasting laboratory, guided by Giovanni Derba, Emilia Romagna AIS sommelier.
