Little flours grow up
At Sigep 2011, Molino Dallagiovanna is focusing on the tradition of quality that defines the company, but is also presenting the two new products in the Special Flours line.
Three maestros, one theme, five days of demonstrations and tastings. These are the Molino Dallagiovanna numbers for the upcoming edition of SIGEP.
At the Molino stand, the two Maestros, spokespeople for Dallagiovanna – Achille Zoia and Raimondo Mendolia – will be working respectively with Special Flours from the lines FAR DOLCI and FAR PASTA, while Maestro Giancarlo De Rosa will dive into the universe of the flours from the lines FAR PANE and FAR PIZZA.
Regional Italian traditions are the common denominator in a schedule that will cover the entire “Boot”, ranging from recipes from the past to new combinations of taste, including historic and contemporary arrangements.
In addition, for the occasion of the Rimini fair, two new “original Dallagiovanna” blends will also be presented: the evolution of an icon in the world of flours for first courses and a new discovery, ready to unite create new Italian combinations of culture and quality, in pure Dallagiovanna style.
The Molino has also always distinguished itself for its contemporary concepts, developing its own business ethic, the result of its grand history, but also increasing its present knowledge and institutions aimed towards the future.
