AB Tech 2010: two different arts, two maestros and a single passion
Great Maestros and excellence on display with Molino Dallagiovanna and CAST Alimenti.
Great synergies for the Milan AB Tech fair, where Molino Dallagiovanna will be participating with CAST Alimenti Maestros of Taste, one of the finest Italian cooking schools.
In the laboratory set up inside of the stand, the art, skill and passion for making and working with flours and high quality raw materials, from processing to final tastings, will be presented.
The best CAST Alimenti instructors, including Maestros De Rosa and Magni and two testimonials from the Molino - Maestro Pastry Chef Achille Zoia and Maestro Pasta Maker Raimondo Mendolia – will be offering visitors the chance to taste the finest creations made with Dallagiovanna Special Flours. Maestro Mendolia will recreate his successful collection of regional tastings, along with recommendations for proper techniques and raw materials, while Maestro Zola will create a circular itinerary around techniques for making cookies and small pastries.
The latest creations by Dallagiovanna will be center stage: Frolla 130, created through collaboration by Zoia and the Molino, and Triplozero Gold, which will be officially debuting at Sigep 2011 and presented to the public for the first time at AB Tech.
